Trent,

Few years ago I received an advice concerning articulation practice from Maurice Andre during a masterclass, which was to practice in the corner of the room against the wall...it is not like recording but it is great approach and I still use it from time to time...Sometimes you may not notice things but you can hear much more clearer what is happening , 'cause the sound reflected by the wall is striking you in the ears...it is not very pleasant, but works great. I would not use it on daily basis, but ocassionaly it is helpful...Or, what about alternating recording with against-the wall practice?
