I knew about Owen Marshall and Joe Webb but very little about Tommy Monroe.
I also heard a lot about Big Maybelle in Mr.Webb's band.
Didn't Jimmy Heath and John Glenn had working bands during that period ?

One of the beautiful things about Mr.Morgan was his eagerness to learn and converse.
