well ... i did play a Stage 1 Classic - gorgeous horn in gold plate, with a red brass bell... beautiful to play! But then i discovered the hard way that carrying a trumpet on the back of a motorbike isn't the best option for getting to a gig intact, and am waiting on a Stage1 signature model - should be here

) - to replace my dearly departed Classic. I have a heavy duty, crash proof, case ready to go!
In the meantime, i have been playing a Stage 1 Vintage, that Felix very graciously allowed me to use. That is a great trumpet for the price, and worth a look for anyone in the market for a new horn but can't afford to go custom.
