You have no idea. Not only is the initial setup intensive and time consuming, the cost is up there. And it doesn't stop there. There is a great deal of care taken to ensure that the finished, plated horns are just right. There is a reason a lot of manufacturers don't do their own plating choosing instead to outsource it.
