What I did (found my camera, but the batt's need charging) is to out the Bb and C in the front, then my Eb in the back on the upper tier with the bell foam thing (bell right, 2nd valve slide up) and a triangle piece behind the bell bow. Under that is my picc, with a bell curve piece and a triangle. The horns do not move one bit. Even if I try to wiggle them. I also have the mouthpiece pouch that came with it doen there wedged with some other rectangle pieces. Hopefully the batteries charge soon...
I miss the shoulder strap, too, but I think it's better for my back this way.
