I do a lot of road riding and I would agree with Stu. The CycleOps is the best out there but you'll pay for it too....
The best thing for you is really ROLLERS but not everyone can use them. It will force you to spin "circles" and there is great benefit in that when you get back on the road. If you haven't been turned on to PERFORMANCE Bikes do check them out. No one seems to be able to compete with them on prices.
