Hi Kelly,
4 months ago I gave my PC to a friend when my iMac arrived. The only problem is knowing/learning how to do stuff on Mac. And to term my ignorance a "problem," would be innacurate.
There's a ton of tutorials, and the help files are really good.
I found that these guys:

have been a great bunch and an invaluable resource. A lot like the folks here. Especially on the "how to -- how do I" questions.
One recommendation, tell 'em who you are, what you'll be using your Mac for, what you're thinking of buying , and ask them what they think.
You'll get some very good input. They're passionate about their Macs, many have tons of experience and are IT guys, and really like helping people and talking about Macs.
