Yes, I own a Shulman System. It does everything Matt says it does. I especially like the tension it takes off my shoulders and left arm. I can play long tones longer. The horn is steady up to the last push of air. It allows me to concentrate on what is working in the mouth piece and air support.
If you set it up right it helps with embouchure development in regulating the pressure, or lack of, on the mouth piece.
Once you get it set up with your body it is comfortable and you'll wonder why you didn't buy one sooner.
