The cases I have are embedded with brassy objects but I have seen them offered on Ebay for extremely outrageous prices. For the DIYer, if one had a nice old black case like any of those pictured, one could print the Bach logo and take it to an engraver and have a small plate made for $10-20 I would guess and then scratch it up with a brillo pad and -- viola -- there you have it! Only one's hairdresser would know...for sure...and as long as one didn't try to pass it off as original to a potential buyer, your vintage Bach would be perfectly happy with the "faux" case.
When you can't make do, do make...
