Hi Ed,

There is a student who is playing the Kennan Sonata and a question raised up. At measure 4 there is a cresc. sign for the half note (note E, after the 32th notes) starting at beat 2.

In the same page the same lick (rythmicly speaking!) ocurrs twice without the cresc.

So the question is, Is it OK to play all the licks WITH the cresc. sign? or should we stick with it as writen?
