I bought a Recording last year. There does seem to be a taper difference on the Recording compared to my current trumpet (Stomvi Elite). The Recording came with a 40 year old Bach 3C which fits the Recording but rattles around in the Stomvi. So there is an issue there. Good luck.

I'm lucky if I get both socks to match.
