If you really feel you need a new mouthpiece, have someone take you to Eastside Music, it's on Gratiot at 11 Mile Rd. (696) Your school uses Eastside for it's instrument program.
Call ahead and make sure Jason is there.
He is a good trumpet player and teacher. He can steer you in the right direction.
If you're lucky you might even catch me there. I visit there at times.
