Indeed.
I have found one that works for me, but it wasn't designed for use with a piccolo, nor does it seem to work as well for anyone else.
I know a lot of people who use the S series of backbores, especially the S10, which were designed for use with the Schilke piccolos.

FWIW, I use a BC10* - actually designed for use with a cornet, but it works for me.
