I've been working on the high notes, above high C, etc., but can't find any fingering chart that goes any higher than about E, F, or G.

Does anyone know of a fingering chart for notes up to double High C, etc.?

Or, do people just let the chops find the notes and leave the valves open up there in the stratosphere?
