C=0, C#=2, D=0, Eb=2, E=0, F=1, F#=2, G=0, G#=23, A=12, Bb=1, B=2, C=0. Above double C you can push just about any valve that you want. It makes sense to keep the fingerings the same as an octave or 2 lower so you don't get harmonically lost in one of the clouds up there!
