In general I would suggest that the same fingering as the octave below, but if you find that some of those don't work for you, try something else - frankly, if you are of a standard where you are exploring above F/G, you are probably good enough to work it out for yourself.
There are no set rules, it is a case of what works for you, with your equipment and your chops.
