re; the last post on piracy-might be a good one to re-post as its own topic!? I agree that students need to understand that we lose money,(especially as independant artists) when they burn and trade things but I think this subject deserves its own forum heading as there is alot more to talk about in relation to the industry. Being on ArtistShare has helped me find ideas on the whole issue and where the CD business is heading.
Gotta run and will check in later this week...much to discuss on this/see todays New York times entertainment section on the biz!
