True story! Sounds like I made them look bad-not my intention. I just got one of the bad ones in the batch. My main point in telling about that is the fact that it was replaced at no charge at all, not even shipping. Steve took care of me very well, and I am definitely loving this new one! His redesign is awesome-A lot more security for the straps. One of the only cases I'd trust to protect the current horn I'm carrying, that's for sure!
