| Re: Best mouthpiece for Olds Recording I have a beautiful '68 Olds Recording and an interesting mouthpiece story. With a Xeno 8335G comes a Yamaha 16C4 GP (eq. Bach 1 1/2 C) mouthpiece and my first sense was that it was a perfect match to the (yamaha) horn, giving a broad full tone up and down. Later I popped it into my Strad, and then into the Olds, and both horns sounded great, with the same full sound, making it my mouthpiece of preference for now instead of the Bach 3C and 7C and the Vachiano mp I had favored.
