Thanks for some good news today, Manny.

I don't have any kids and it's been a long time since I was in little league, but I really enjoyed Jackie Robinson Day in MLB yesterday. I thought seeing so many players and teams wearing 42 was an excellent tribute to a great man.

Four sport letterman at UCLA (baseball, basketball, football, track). His (Hall of Fame) major league career didn't start until he was 28 but he still collected over 1500 hits and a .311 lifetime average. He also served in the military before baseball.

Anyway, something uplifting on a very sad day.
