That's a pretty small mouthpiece - I don't know if you'll get the cornet and flugel "sounds" you're after with something that small. I play trumpet, cornet, and flugel on significantly different mouthpieces, and I would suggest using a substantially deeper cup at least. A cup diameter equal to the one you're playing would help maintain a decent high register, while the extra depth would fit the characteristics of a cornet and flugel a little better. Of course, mouthpiece recommendations over the net are usually worth what you pay for them, this one included!
