FWIWCFM I use a GR 66 on trumpet but a Sparx 4 which is equivalent to a GR 65 on cornet. The "very" slightly smaller diameter makes up for the loss of support from the much deeper cup. Haven't mucked about with the flugel mouthpiece yet; waiting until I can buy an Eclipse flugel before going down that road.

The different diameters actually feel very similar (at least I can't tell the difference).


Note to self: spend more time on cornet; it's fun.
