I'll "chuck" this one into the mix: find a dealer with one of those Warburton dealer kits. You can mix and match until you are blue in the face and then pick the best combo out of the mix. Either buy that combination or make note of it and find an equivalent in another brand. Don't forget the issues of varying gap and backbore shape; you really do want to get "as close as possible in all respects" if you are going to go with someone else's.
