Hey Tom Mac, it will be a teaching/recording/rehearsing space. It will be much more sound proof than my home. As you can see, there is plenty of insulation.

My biggest concern at the moment is making sure my beautiful jasmine vine doesn't get killed in the process. I am going to remove it as cafefully as possible and then weave it through the trellis when the painting is done. Hopefully it will resume its climb. It is in full bloom right now and smells divine.
