Well, here we are back at the "What if Superman played the trumpet?" thread.

The bells wouldn't explode because there's nothing that would provide enough resistance to create the back pressure that would need to be relieved by an explosion, right? Or is Superman strong enough a trumpeter to supercede that back pressure?

I would think the massive vibrations would cause the trumpet to disassemble before the explosion could happen. That's why I advocate the Kryptonite-laced alloy. The only problem with that is that Kryptonite is basically radioactive to Superman. Therefore, over time it would eventually probably cause cancer somewhere in Superman's body.

I guess we'd just better get used to the idea that if Superman plays, it's just going to be really loud. Would he keep the uniform for concerts or do something in a black and white ensemble?
