I’ve had the pleasure of hearing Geoff perform with Ingrid several times. I also have an Art Farmer recording, “The Meaning of Art” with Geoff where he is performing with Slide Hampton, Ron Blake, Kenny Davis, and Carl Allen. Geoff can really compose, too. On this recording he wrote, “Free Verse.”
I had also suspected that there could have been an Art Farmer connection there and was also curious. Thanks for the post.
