| Re: internet orders I've had good experiences from Dillon as well. I had ordered a GR mouthpiece from them, and requested it be gold plated, but it showed up at my place in silver. They were very good about taking care of the return shipping and getting the mouthpiece fixed. It did take a little while, but I know that things like getting plating done takes time.
I've never had a problem with online ordering from them, and when I did have questions, they did get back to me very quickly and were very helpful.
