Agreed,Levert is an outstanding vocalist.

'The Monarchs' and 'The Percussions' met at a talent show in 1968 at Ben Franklin High school,and from that meeting RUSSELL THOMPKINS,JR star shun brightly and 'The Stylistics' were born.
Thom Bell and Linda Creed wrote some beautiful songs for those cats.
