i did get the straight mute actually, but i sent it back because i already have a tom crown that im happy with. i paid money for a practice mute b/c thats what i needed. it cost me $7 to ship it back
i hope things get straightened out, they have a great selection and good prices and id like it if i didnt have to shop all over the internet to find what i need and get it here in a timely fashion. btw, they had to order the 17d4 schilk that i wanted, i hope that goes smoother than the rest has so far
