Re: Flight Cases (Pelican)

I like a small backpack that can be rolled up and stowed inside a suitcase when it isn't required: a great way to handle the magazine, Clive Cussler (or Isaac Asimov... always good for rereading) novel, mp3 player and camera plus a light, windproof jacket and a chocolate bar (Lindt, of course). Much handier than having to stuff the airline ticket (which makes a good bookmark) in a pants pocket as well. And if you're worried about them losing the luggage?... spare set of "necessities" and a plastic baggie with toothbrush and "stuff". Light weight, fits overhead or underseat, leaves both hands free and doesn't make you look like a "beast of burden".
