Wow! Great catch. I thought this list was completely finished (I had input from the IPO Archives and updates from Lorraine Cohen). When I checked the bio for
Daniel Mendelow it's very clear that he should be on this list. I'll have to send a message to him to try and verify his dates of tenure.
