Re: Laurie Frink

I had a lesson recently with Laurie in Manhattan, and she told me that she is giving lessons over the webcam, but only after she's seen a player in person. I think that's a wise way to go.

I highly recommend seeing Laurie to anyone and everyone. She is hands-down the best teacher I've ever seen, and I can say that after only one lesson! She made me feel comfortable, and that she was truly there to help ME be a better player. I heard a bit of the lesson before mine, and she was working totally different stuff with that guy than she did with me. She had me play a few chromatic scales and knew exactly what kind of help I needed.

Get thee to the Upper West Side!
