Even if 2 different mouthpieces have almost identical measurements, they may not "feel" even close to one another. The rim size is just a number: depending on the sharpness, where the high spot is or the width of the rim, we will perceive a great difference in playability.
If you have a good working mouthpiece, play before you pay - unless collecting is a hobby.
