Is I read the different charts, your mouthpiece in Bach termswould be about a 1B (yeah, yeah, I know, different backbore, cup design, rim design, etc.) and the changes you're noticing are normal for a move to a larger and deeper mouthpiece. It'll get better, but don't plan on making it your lead piece quite yet!
