ID this Flugel

Hi all. This may not be the place for this question, but I could find no strictly Flugelhorn section so bear with me. I bought this flugelhorn at a yard sale/auction for $150 a few years back. It is clearly an older horn, and I did some research on it and found nothing. It is an Olds horn, obviously with "Olds" engraved on the bell. Also engraved on the bell is a word I can't read starting with an 'F' and 'Calif.'. Also on the end of the leadpipe is a small letter 'B'. The serial # is 700564. The bell seems to be gold/rose brass. Does anyone know what horn this is, an estimate to how old it is, and provide any information on it? The horn could use some aesthetic work on the finish and other fine details, but it is a fine player. Any info would be great. Here's some pictures:
