Go to a site like
ImageShack® - Hosting or
Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket and upload the photos there.
Get the url for the direct link to the image.
Notice this icon on the top of the space where you enter your text
Click that and enter the url of the image.
Your picture will be displayed in the post.
