For everyone who has asked about how raw copper will look after some time here are some pics. This is my Stage 1 after two months.
The slide and lead pipe are sterling and still look pretty good. The brass is getting that raw color and the copper is really cool and ugly. My hands are turning a nice shade of dark green after about 20 minutes of playing. The horn definatley has some personality!
