Thanks trptplyr23, I found most of these instruments online and got lucky at a couple of thrift stores in town.
These horns were engraved like that from the factory when they were made 70-80 years ago by master craftsmen. I don't know if anyone today can do engraving like that.
I played a old Holton collegiate for marching band back in highschool. those horns are built like tanks!
