There is a really nice chart of intervals in familar music in the free "Jazz Handbook" from Jamey Aebersold.
Look on Jamey Aebersold Jazz, Inc.

I bought "Volume 1, How to Play Jazz and Improvise" and with it came a catalog (TONS of stuff available) and the "Jazz Handbook" that is 56 pages of pure gold.
It also lists descending intervals.
