Wayne is not only one of the "baddest cats", he's also one of the nicest guys anywhere.
I will never forget sitting in Jon Lewis' car in LA and listening to Wayne on "Oh Holy Night".......my jaw dropped. That weekend was unforgetable. I was playing with Tito Puente at The Hollywood Bowl with HB orchestra.......featuring-Jon Lewis, Dennis Farias, Rick Baptist and Wayne Bergeron. I was in trumpet Heaven!
It's gigs like this that remind me how blessed I am to be part of this business.
WB is the man!
