| Re: Mental Aspect I noticed that when my chops are tired I start to concentrate better and making less kickses! If your thinking something like "I'm playing great today" or "I have good chops today" you don't concertrate anymore and start kicksing or make mistakes.
Feeling secure about what you're going to play is very important. But you get that attitude through (good) experiences. The more hard stuff you have played succesfully, the more secure you feel about yourself. |
