| Re: Francis Larkin Larkin was a major manufacturer in NY and pioneered mail-order selling in the late 1800s-early 1900s. They founded and operated subsidiaries to produce not only the products they sold but the items they used as promotions. I don't know about musical instruments or the Francis Larkin Music House: are there any old Larkin catalogs still around? (Frank Lloyd Wright's first big commission was to build the Larkin Administration Building - one of the Great Buildings of America, but torn down around 1950.)
Maybe an antique dealer would be able to help?
Good luck,
