Ebay has a number of references to the Larkin Company of Buffalo, NY, if that's the one. Different sellers of antiques list flyers for a number of products sold by Larkin. One has various pianos (made by Knabe). Couldn't find anything for other instruments. Many large music houses around the country and Dept stores such as Sears and Wards had American or foreign instrument makes supply them for sale. You can learn more at the Horn-u-copia site. I suspect it is a stencil from some manufacturer as was so common. Maybe you could post some other views so we could see the design characteristics and maybe relate it to something.
