First Wilmer..Happy Birthday~
A few weeks ago...while diggin out some Christmas CD's I found my old Joe Wilder CDs and started listening to them again.

Which brings to mind....Has anyone checked in on him lately.
Gads...What a great gent and Icon. I wish him well...and a Merry Christmas and may the new year bring our Wilder, you and all the rest of our trumpet friends peace, joy, good fortune, best of health...and happiness throughout the year.

My friend Joe Ferrell gave me my first Joe Wilder CD.
After that I too, became a fan of Wilder's wonderful musicianship.
