At first, I must say that I want not to start a polithical or controversial thread.
Today I received a letter from Cincinnati orchestra, in wich I can read "you lack the qualifications and experience needed".
Have two university Diplomas in trumpet teaching and playing. Have a university master in trumpet playing, and other in trumpet teaching.
I'm Professional since I was 16, playing at major symphony orchestras in Europe.
Also, I was invited TWICE to Principal Trumpet position at Chicago Symphony...
After that, I deduce that nobody had read my resume, or maybe everybody were drunk.
What is wrong ???
