1) Upload your picture to ImageShack (
www.imageshack.us).
2) Copy the URL where your picture is hosted
3) In the TM window, click on the picture icon (a square with a little mountain and sun in it) right about the text window.
4) Paste the URL from your picture into the window that pops up.
5) Click OK. You're done!
