I do love that piece, this was the first time I've gotten to hear it live. Too bad you didn't do the cornet part, did Runnicles say why?
The Adams piece was pretty cool too, I liked it. Some nice trumpet licks for you there too, how'd you like it? Are you generally a fan of more modern stuff or not?
And the Ravel Left Hand Concerto was very cool: the soloist was awesome. Humbling that he's two years younger than me. Oh well, I'll go practice more!
