Today,while watching the NFL games,among others,I was listening to Mr.Hubbard and his take of 'Wichita Lineman' from his 1969 recording "A Soul Experiment" that left me in a joyful and soulful mood.
His articulation was impeccable and in my humble opinion exceeded most who orally recite Shakespear.

In his long and rich career,Freddie has carved himself a comfortable and permanent place in Jazzdom's hall of fame.

Long Live BOP and the Boppers.
