The leadpipe being unsoldered is no big deal to repair, BUT, if it is badly twisted or bent it will be expensive to renovate and, usually will require a costly replacement. You don't tell us in what way that the tuning slide is broken, thus, no estimate there. The "badly bent bell" also leaves us wondering just how badly bent is it and what will be required to bring it back to normal again.

Thanks OLDLOU for your response. I really admire your wonderful listed horn collection, fantastic. Yes, I'll need to take it in for a cost estimate. I really like using the Frank Holton mouthpiece 60 A on my old contempora trumpet. It just seems to play well and is very comfortable for me over my other trumpet mouthpieces.
