Great stuff here. I'm planning a faculty recital (half classical, half jazz) and will have to put some of this on the docket. I love the Gruber as well and can't wait to hear the new piece.

Sorry we didn't hook up Matt. I left after intermission on Saturday as I wasn't feeling great and had to drive to Columbus for my 6AM flight home sunday. The Bruckner on Friday was very nice. Mark Ridenour's playing was great as well and a pleasant surprise (I thought "VACANT" was playing... that's what was listed in the program!).

Needless to say Hakan has really pumped me for things to come in my own playing. I even dusted off the Eb/D and pic today (well, my new rotary pic is way too much fun to put down).
